  1. = Contributor Code of Conduct
  2. As contributors and maintainers of this project, and in the interest of fostering an open
  3. and welcoming community, we pledge to respect all people who contribute through reporting
  4. issues, posting feature requests, updating documentation, submitting pull requests or
  5. patches, and other activities.
  6. We are committed to making participation in this project a harassment-free experience for
  7. everyone, regardless of level of experience, gender, gender identity and expression,
  8. sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age,
  9. religion, or nationality.
  10. Examples of unacceptable behavior by participants include:
  11. * The use of sexualized language or imagery
  12. * Personal attacks
  13. * Trolling or insulting/derogatory comments
  14. * Public or private harassment
  15. * Publishing other's private information, such as physical or electronic addresses,
  16. without explicit permission
  17. * Other unethical or unprofessional conduct
  18. Project maintainers have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject comments,
  19. commits, code, wiki edits, issues, and other contributions that are not aligned to this
  20. Code of Conduct, or to ban temporarily or permanently any contributor for other behaviors
  21. that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.
  22. By adopting this Code of Conduct, project maintainers commit themselves to fairly and
  23. consistently applying these principles to every aspect of managing this project. Project
  24. maintainers who do not follow or enforce the Code of Conduct may be permanently removed
  25. from the project team.
  26. This Code of Conduct applies both within project spaces and in public spaces when an
  27. individual is representing the project or its community.
  28. Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by
  29. contacting a project maintainer at spring-code-of-conduct@pivotal.io . All complaints will
  30. be reviewed and investigated and will result in a response that is deemed necessary and
  31. appropriate to the circumstances. Maintainers are obligated to maintain confidentiality
  32. with regard to the reporter of an incident.
